Membership: Pelham Community Spirit, Inc., membership is open to any Pelham
resident. Dues are $2 per year for general membership and $5 for Associate Members, assessed on May 1 of each year (or
join date). Dues must be paid to run for any Officer or Board Position. Organization:
The Pelham Community Spirit, Inc., organization is comprised of a President, Secretary, Treasurer and two additional
Board Members, together with Committee members who attend planning meetings and organize events. The committee is assisted
by Associate Members (other non-profit organizations in Pelham, NH) of the organization who help in the running of events. Meetings: Board meetings are held each
month at a date and time set at the prior monthly meeting. General membership
meetings are held each month (at a specified day and time to be determined). Event meetings are held as necessary to organize and run an event. All meetings will be posted on our
website and will include the Agenda for the meeting. By-Laws: To be posted

Sponsored Events Concerts on the Village Green Series of outdoor concerts FREE to all.
Food and drinks are available for purchase. Concerts start on the last Wednesday in June and continue every other Wednesday
until August. Held on the Village Green in front of the Pelham Public Library. Independence Day Celebration Held on the 3rd of July. Food, drinks
and entertainment culminating with a fireworks display. Held on the Pelham Elementary School grounds, Marsh Road, Pelham,
NH. Southern New Hampshire Festival of Trees
Starts the day after Thanksgiving and runs daily through the following weekend. Decorated trees, wreaths, and gingerbread
houses available for viewing and as raffle prizes. Also silent auction items. Held in Sherburne Hall (in the Municipal
Building at 6 Village Green, Pelham, NH)

Mission Statement It is the mission of The Pelham Community Spirit, Inc. to draw upon the founding associations, the community
residences and businesses of Pelham New Hampshire to encourage and foster a sense of community within the Town of Pelham,
New Hampshire. Each planned event will be created with traditional family morals and high ethical standards. While building
a strong community of pride and mutual respect for all, PCSI will begin to assemble the funds collected to help offset community
organizations budget requirements and/or needs brought forth by its’ members and committees. All Pelham residents are
encouraged to become involved with PCSI. PCSI is open to all Pelham, New Hampshire residents, businesses proprietors, organizations
and/or community groups. By inviting all to participate, the organization hopes to help construct a close community that promotes
good will for all. PCSI is confident that it will make the difference in the lives of the local people, business and organizations
within the Town of Pelham, New Hampshire. A long term goal of the organization is to begin scholarship funds for local Pelham
school residents, help fund local school sport activities, provide funds to improve local parks & trails, events to foster
community spirit and bring Arts and Culture to the Town of Pelham and sponsor local special events for the residents of Pelham
to take pleasure in. It is through the volunteers hard work and dedication that will promote good will for all of Pelham to
witness and ultimately enjoy the activities set forth by PCSI.
